Northamptonshire County Council

Transforme has been working with Northamptonshire County Council since 2010 deploying, developing, extending and supporting an on-premise Dynamics CRM deployment which forms the core of the Council's Customer Service Strategy.

The solution developed by Transforme leveraged the strengths of Dynamics CRM to draw together and seemlessly integrate multiple back end applications and data sources into a single, simple to use interface.

Orange

Transforme has had a working with Orange since 2003 developing document management solutions for various business units using a number of technology solutions including Lotus Domino, on-premise SharePoint and more recently Office 365.

Key to all the projects has been the need to meet stringent brand guidelines, document security and lifetime management. The projects have often required migration of data from legacy systems often requiring the development of custom migration code.

Bloodhound - STEM Programme

Working in Partnership with Microsoft UK, Transforme developed an ambassador management solution to support the management of the Bloodhound's STEM Education programme, a major driver of the Bloodhound SCC 1000 mph Project.

The solution was built using Dynamics 365 and managed all communication, onboarding and scheduling of ambassadors and education events.

Transforme are proud sponsors of the Bloodhound SSC 1000 mph land speed record.

UNTHA UK

UNTHA are a leading provider of innovative waste shredders and waste management expertise. The project at UNTHA coverew the entire range of Customer Engagement from Sales, Marketing, Customer and Field Service.

The solution developed for UNTHA exploited the full range of Dynamics 365 functionality across a range of devices including PC, tablet and mobile phones. A solution used across the company providing a unified process from Sales, Accounts Administration to Field Service and back.
